These late testing activities will be replaced for the greater part by a proactive early life-cycle business value-adding Quality Design Testing Discipline that builds/injects Quality during the Requirements, Design and Coding phases (adding business value by itself) and producing highly reliable products that need very little afterwards quality control testing.

We call this kind of testing "Quality Coaching" because not only do we test but we also coach, train, counsel and help our clients on how to define and build better, faster and cheaper software, creating a virtuous circle of improvements.
